  9.          EZQuote presents a registration reminder screen to
  10.          unregistered users each time it is run.  The typical delay
  11.          associated with this screen is 5-6 seconds, but one time out
  12.          of four, on average, the delay is twice as long.  The delay
  13.          selection is derived from a pseudo-random source within the
  14.          computer each time the program is run.  Therefore, as with
  15.          coin tossing, the actual sequence of normal and long delays
  16.          which you experinence in the short run may vary considerably
  17.          from the true long run probability.

  19.          Registration (US$15) eliminates the reminder screen entirely.
